Winter Crockpot Recipes
The season of cozy crockpot meals is upon us! There is nothing better then a chilly evening and a warm bowl of something yummy. Crockpot meals are also amazing because there are not a lot of work. So you can snuggle up with a good book under a blanket and know dinner will be done with minimum work on your behalf.
A really good rule of thumb is to make a crockpot meal once a week and double it, then freeze one of them. Then BAM your freezer stash of easy dinners are started. I LOVE doing this in the third trimester so that when baby comes I do not need to worry, dinner is ready.
How anyone survived before crockpots baffles me. It is one of the most amazing things God gave man kind. Slow cooking makes things SO delicious and simple. How can you not love it??? You can not fail with a crockpot meal. They turn out so yummy as well as saving you a bunch of time
Crockpot recipes are amazing all year round, but something hits different when you make a warm toasty meal while its chilly outside. They are so cozy! Having a different cozy menu can help you embrace the season and make some good memories.

It’s beyond tasty and easy to wipe up before you head to church and then it’s done by dinner time. Our favorite recipe has 3 cups of broth in the recipe I always swap that or 1 1/2 cups of broth for one can of cream of mushroom. It gives it a soupier thickness but it is SO yummy.
