This is the work you’re meant for
This is it. This is the plan and role God had in mind for you. This is where you’re meant to be.
Is your mindset where it needs to be? Is your heart comforted in knowing this is where you need to be? What can you do to get where you want to be as a mom?
These are the good ole days. Good ole days can be hard. But they are worthwhile.
These fleeting yet fundamental moments are important. Important for their future, their development, their heart, your soul. Launch into these days. These moments will help shape you, your kids, and the future.
Youll never be upset for doing the work that you’re meant to do. For raising monster slayers in a world rampant with monsters.
Don’t worry bending to the loudest people in the room. Follow the route the Lord has laid out. It will lead to beautiful blessings and a life of contentment. We live in a world who gives in to who is the loudest, which makes it hard to always hear what is true not what is loud,
Your story and your kids will change the world. No matter who you are, no matter where you are, no matter what you do. We are children of God and that alone will change the route of the word.
Satan wants to think that being home, that raising kid is not enough, not worthwhile and not something important. But he couldn’t be farther from the truth.
This is what God intended for us to do. To be mothers, to nurture, to lead and to create. Trust in Him.
In his timing, in His plan for you and your family. The beauty of your story is that it is yours and it is every changing and growing. You will grow with Him. As will your children.
Helping lead your children through these crucial young years is a role that is delicate yet delightful.
Delight in your children. In their youth, their silliness. Let them inhabit childhood as long as they can. It is fleeting yet fundamental. W should not strive to rush childhood.
Have grace with their mistakes as you want the Lord to be with yours.
Life will go on, but being home with your kids is a splendid way to spend it. There is nothing wrong with romanticizing what the Lord has planned for you.
The work that even in the Bible is told will be the best thing for you will never stir you in the wrong direction. Being a mother, a wife, and someone who listens to the Lord will never be something you regret.
We get so caught up in doing everything, being everything that we forget the wonderful qualities that God gave us that make us everything. As women we were made to create. Create children and a home. A home that is loving, that leads by example and one that creates the path for our kids to our loving Heavenly Father.
By being a nurturing mother who embraces what she is meant to be we will be able to find pure joy and overwhelming love.
This. This what you were made for. What the Lord so fearfully and wonderfully made YOU for. To raise these little lights to shine.
Do not get caught up in the trap that satan sets. Do not get so caught up in the world to forget the ones you made, your children. Delight in the work that the Lord planned for you.
Because raising children is that. It is work. It is the work you were meant for, the work that will be the MOST rewarding.
The world needs many more compassionate, bold, tender, nurturing, loving, and strong people. Which starts at home. By giving up to your Godly role of motherhood you will create those children that will grow into the people that the world needs.
Our homes are a reflection of us, our love, our faith, and our devotion to being what God needs and plans for us to be.
This is why I love the phrase Homemaker. Not a house wife, stay at home mom, or any others. I make a home. A home for my children who I adore, for my husband to come home to after working so hard all day.
Home is a feeling more than a location and never forget that it starts with you. Your warmth and love will design and grow a home. Wrapped in happy memories, and laughter.
Finding it in you to put God’s plan before what the world wants you to think. Motherhood is too hard, its overwhelming, you need to put you first. It’s all bull.
Motherhood is hard, not bad. It is more worthwhile than it is overwhelming. It is more rewarding than it is difficult.
Your children are not a burden but a blessing. Letting ourselves dwell more into the blessing and joy that motherhood is, is more important then focusing on the negative.
There is always negative to drown in. But why not soak in the joy, and light that God intends it to be? We are in a world who wants to change what femininity means, what it can do, and why it is important.
Your role as a wife and mother is crucial. Rejoicing in that should not be shamed. I love making my husband dinner, I relish in being the “default” parent, their safe space, to be able to look back on these days and know I took on the role I was needed to fill the best that I could.
Stay strong, remember through the hard times there is love, there is light, and this is worth while. You got this Momma.
