10 Verses on Gratitude

The scriptures are full of love, light, and gratitude. It can be hard to find the verses you need/want to read. Gratitude is such an important message that is in the Bible. How truly wonderful it is that if just give the glory to the Lord we are obedient to Him. Gratitude helps you realize what is there verses what is not. It is so important to trust the Lord and be grateful for all that He has given him.

Luke 2:14

Glory to God in the highest, and on Earth peace to those on whom his favors rests.

Psalm 30:4

Sing praises to the Lord, O you his saints, and give thanks to His holy name.

Philippians 4:6-7

Do no be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ.

Psalm 50:14

Offer to God a sacrifice of thanksgiving and perform your vows to the Most High.

Colossians 3:17

Keeping gratitude in your heart is a wonderful way to keep Christ close. Pray to be able to feel gratitude deeply and fully. Saying what you are thankful out loud will also help you see more what there is to be grateful for. Writing down what you are grateful for is also an amazing exercise.
